btw YC is one of the most successful venture capital firms, so they know their stuff.

Here are the action items.

### 1\. Set weekly KPI(Key performance Indicator) goal. 

eg. Monthly Recurring Revenue, Words written, Weekly Active Users.

### 2\. Grade tasks based on Impact on the weekly goal.

High (probability of hitting goal)

Medium 

Low.

### 3\. Rank tasks based on complexity

Easy (multiple easy tasks in a day)

Medium (1 or 2 days)

Hard (multiple days / more than a week)

### 4\. Write weekly updates consistently

What was your Primary KPI - Actual vs Goal?

Biggest Obstacle to growth?

Tasks accomplished?

Impact and Big learnings?

### 5\. Every month do a review of all weekly reports and analyze.

Are you learning Fast?

Are you predicting Impact well?

What low-value work crept in?

What are the consistent blockers to growth?

Are you completing tasks on time?
