# Weekly update 5th-10th Oct 26

Was on leave most of this week so updates were bleak

## **Primary KPI - Weeks until launch**

**Actual = 4 , Goal = 4 - Nov 5th**

I think I had accounted for this so we still should be good for Nov 5th.

## **Secondary KPI - Number of users talked to.**

**Actual = 0 , Goal = 0**

## **Biggest Obstacle to growth?**

Overestimating the time I would have. 

## **Tasks accomplished?**

Just made some updates to the test case generation prompts and  
feedback on the UI for the case management HTML page.

## **Impact and Big learnings?**

Nothing much related to product.

## Next week goals

**Primary KPI** \- keep at 4 weeks; try to reduce by 5 days if possible.

**Secondary KPI** \- Talk to 2 users via forum post.

**Tasks Goal**

\[ \] Complete V2 for test case generator prompt.

It should cover at least the regression main cases that need to be tested. 

\[ \] V1 for data validator process.

- Manual test runs on the Test version of the app
- Validation triggered by a chat message to Buildprint
- Checks on records created or changed by the run: fields, references, duplicates, unintended changes
- Results read by the tester, who marks the test case PASS or FAIL manually

\[ \] Define/Create V2 for output displayer.

Remove extra fluff and UI simplify + fix UI bugs + add a section for data to validate(Assert).
